Spring Dresser Decor inspired by Pinterest
Turn an ordinary dresser into a seasonal vignette with this simple dresser decor for Spring inspired by an image on Pinterest!
I stumbled on to this Spring decor post I wrote years ago when we lived in our big farmhouse by the sea. The dresser featured for this dresser decor now sits in my small townhouse laundry room, and I still love it!
I thought you might enjoy this post from the past, and find a little inspiration for your own Spring decor.

I mentioned last week that I was in the mood to add a little Spring into our home. I did, after all, still have the Christmas wreath up on our front door!!
As I pondered what I could do quickly and simply, I decided to find inspiration from images I’ve pinned on Pinterest. I pin them in the first place so that they can inspire me for later! Now I wanted to see if I could put some of that inspiration to good use.
Here is the dresser I was working with. It sits in my office, and has had its “winter look” since January:
In looking for inspiration, I found this picture from House by Hoff.
It caught my eye at first, since the dresser looked so similar to mine. The whole look is simple and fresh ~ Just what I was looking for! I took the idea and put together something similar using things I had in the house. Here it is:
I was in the mood for a little splash of happy color, so I added the yellow bunting banner I made a few years ago.
I snipped off some little white buds that are just starting to bloom from a bush in our yard. I can soon replace them with some happy yellow ones I just saw blooming today!:)
Tying a little jute string around each clear vase adds texture and interest, without taking much time at all.
Have you started adding a little Spring into your house yet? (You know you can even if there’s still snow on the ground!!:))
P.S. If you’re wondering what else I’m pinning these days, you can check out all my Pinterest boards here. Come pin with me!:)
