How to Print these Free Thank You Cards

I’ve created this set of thank you notes to be all occasion. There are some perfect for thanking friends for Christmas gifts or hosting Christmas parties. Other thank you notes would be appropriate for men, teachers, and friends.

I recommend printing cards on cardstock, and the printer I use is the Canon TS5020.

Each Thank You Card printable sheet has 2 cards

I’ve created these downloadable PDF printable cards so that you can get 2 cards out of one sheet of cardstock. There is a black line in the center of the sheet which is the cut line. You could certainly use scissors to cut the cards apart.

However, I highly recommend using a paper trimmer. It will get the job done really quick and be a perfectly straight line in the end! My favorite paper trimmer is a Carl paper trimmer.

How to use a Carl paper trimmer for this set of free printable thank you cards.

1. Slide the cardstock under the plastic guard.
2. Gently push the paper all the way to the top of the paper trimmer so the top is perfectly flush.
3. Line up the black cutting line with the blade trough.
4. Push down on the blade and slide it to the top to cut the line.

Once the cards are cut apart, simply fold it in half and crease the fold line with your fingers.

These cards are designed to fit into invitation sized envelopes (4 3/8 ” x 5 3/4 “).
