Tips for Organizing Your Small Closet

If you’re tackling your own small closet, here are a few tips I learned along the way:

  • Declutter first. Only keep what you love, wear, and use.
  • Sort by category. Group similar items together so you can see what you have.
  • Go vertical. Use wall space, over-the-door racks, and shelf risers.
  • Think outside the (closet) box. Don’t be afraid to bring in unexpected storage solutions like rolling carts or kitchen bins.
  • Add something pretty. A little wallpaper or a pop of paint can make your closet feel like a special space instead of a storage cave.
