A Big Announcement and Stella & Dot Giveaway

Remember how I told you I met a new friend while visiting in Edmonton last week?  In the course of conversation, I discovered that Trish was involved in a business called Stella & Dot.

“What’s that?, “ I asked.

In response, she held up a bag…

Oh, mercy, I loved it.

Then she pulled out this wallet:

Oh, dear, I loved it, too.  (It looked nothing like the sad, shabby looking over-20-year-old-wallet that was nestled in my own purse!)

And, then the 3 other new friends sitting around the table started pointing to beautiful bracelets and necklaces that were dangling on their oh-so-stylish wrists and necks…

I was hooked.

So, I casually asked,

“Well, does anyone near me on my island in BC sell this stuff?”

With a few clicks on her iPhone, she responded with excitement.

“No, there isn’t!”

So, I decided there should be…

ME!!

After much conversation and contemplation, I decided to take the plunge.  Our son is headed to college in the Fall and I’ve been pondering creative ways I could contribute towards the college fund.

The Stella & Dot opportunity seemed really timely.

However, the timing in my life is a bit crazy!  Summer is the absolute craziest busy time of year for us!

So, I’m just going to jump right in and get this ball rolling…
