Handmade Tote Bag
A few months ago, I got a package in the mail. It was addressed from my sister (my awesome french toast making-birthday brunch giver sister ~ Hi, Susan!). When I opened it up, I found this:
…The cutest tote bag ever! It has a fun ruffle down the front…
…and a party goin’ on inside!
It’s the perfect size for lots of things, and I find myself using it a lot. Upon further inspection, I decided I had to call her and find out some more details,
“Hey, did you sew this bag?”
And, yes. Yes, she did!
I got all the details to share with you today. I thought some of you might want to whip out that sewing machine and make yourself (or your sister!) one, too.
She found it at the blog Mommy by day Crafter by Night.
You will find a whole bunch of beautiful sewing project tutorials over there.
In fact, it makes me want to do a little sewing myself!
And Susan always told me she HATES sewing!!
It’s simply adorable and charming. I can see why it’s so useful.
