Experiencing Grief & Helping Friends who are Hurting | Podcast Episode 11
Episode 11: Show notes
One of the less pleasant facts of life we all face is that at some point it’s inevitable that we’ll experience grief in one form or another. Today I’m sitting down at my podcast desk with my husband as we discuss this topic – not as experts, but as two people who’ve experienced some grief of our own and are learning how to walk alongside others as they grieve.
Experiencing Grief & What to Say to those who are in it
The topic of grief & loss isn’t the normal easy going conversation that I tend to gravitate to, but it is something that we actually talk about a lot at our house – especially in the past few years.
Irwin is currently in the last year of finishing up his masters degree in chaplaincy and spiritual care, so I get the advantage of hearing the best quotes from books he’s reading – and I love to read through all of his final papers before he hands them in.
