One of my most favorite things in the kitchen is cleaning the cooler day.
I know it sounds strange, but I admit I am, so it’s all good!:)
I’ve learned that this job can be really quite easy when done on a regular basis, or quite dreadfully awful if left for too long…
We pick a day before a big supply order is going to arrive and our cooler supplies are low. We quickly transfer everything over to one side, remove the shelves from the empty side, and pull them out to be wiped out.
Then a few of us wipe down the shelves while someone else wipes down the walls and floor of the cooler.
And, voila! It’s all ready to be filled with yummy food again!
