The Living Room “Floof”
Every now and then, I get in the mood to freshen up the look around here. I call it “floofing”. {What do you call it?}
The other day I was tidying up the house in anticipation of some delightful guests. The sun was streaming through the windows and the dark colored candles and wrought iron accessories just looked a little “heavy” for the day. As I quickly dusted and vacuumed, I set aside all the dark things, and reached for everything white and “fresh looking” that was within easy reach.
Little white pitchers from the bookshelf became vases for two single carnations.
A neatly stacked pile of magazines with something fun sitting on top is my favourite coffee table decor trick.
Three lonely Granny Smith apples became art-like in a vase by the lamp.
And my son’s Mother’s Day bouquet of mums (bless his heart) are in a beautiful shade of purpley-pink. They look awesome against the blue-gray wall.
There you have it…the 5 minute Living Room “Floof”!:)
How do you “floof” up your spaces?

The best way for me is to make the dog go outside. Instant improvement! 😉

Just how much does it cost to install a metal pasadena barrier versus wood? Meaning Average cost of every per Linear Foot?
I’m planning to develop a barrier which will last for many, many, many years without having to redo rotten posts, or seek out concrete. That houston wall is likely to be in a dirt/ground area. Please give me your thinking with ideas which could incorporate the newest technology and materials..
