How to Make Pillows out of Flour Sack Towels
Yesterday I showed you how I dyed some flour sack towels. When I purchased them, I also purchased 5 {long and narrow} pillow forms. I put them together…and voila!:
Flour Sack Pillows! One has a Christmas greeting,
one has a pleated ruffle feature,
two have old fashioned “ticking stripes” {is that what they’re called??},
and one is just a big ol’ “No. 7”…just because I love having big ol’ numbers on pillows!
Each pillow used two towels. After I sewed them together, I sewed them using the same method I used when sewing the square pillows behind them. You can find the tutorial here.
