Pumpkin Cake Roll

–  eggs  –  sugar –  pumpkin puree  –  lemon juice – flour –baking powder –  cinnamon – ginger – nutmeg –  salt –  powdered sugar –  cream cheese  – butter  – vanilla

INGREDIENTS

Mix up pumpkin spice cake by stirring the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

STEP ONE

Spread pumpkin cake batter evenly into a parchment lined jelly roll pan.

STEP TWO

Dust a dishtowel generously with powdered sugar.

STEP THREE

Turn out the baked pumpkin cake onto the dishtowel when hot.

STEP FOUR

Roll up warm pumpkin cake in the dishtowel and let cool completely.

STEP FIVE

Spread on filling, roll back up, and chill.

STEP SIX

Perfect for the holiday dessert table!
