Ingredients you'll need:

– 5 cups rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces – 3 Tablespoons flour – 1 1/2 cup sugar – 1 cup brown sugar – 1 1/2 cup flour – 1 cup oatmeal – 1 cup butter

Step 1:

Combine rhubarb with  flour and sugar. Pour into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 2:

Mix the crisp topping ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3:

Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture and gently pat down.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
