Ingredients you'll need:

Step 1:

Place chicken breasts in hot oiled pan and cook until crispy golden brown and cooked through.

Step 2:

Mix chopped sundried tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic powder, & basil in a bowl. Set aside.

Step 3:

Saute onions and celery in the same pan you cooked the chicken.

Add the cream cheese mixture & chicken stock to the sauted veggies and whisk.

Simmer until thick. Wilt in spinach. Add back the chicken & melt cheese on top.
