Ingredients you'll need:

Step 1:

Melt chocolate chips & butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add powdered sugar and warmed evaporated milk to melted chips.

Step 3:

Boil for 8 minutes and then add vanilla.

Store in a covered container in the fridge until ready to heat & serve over ice cream or desserts.
