The Curtain Tutorial that Isn’t Quite Ready Yet…

I’m feeling a tad guilty.  Yesterday I promised I would post a tutorial on how to turn a tablecloth into a curtain.

The good news is, I finished sewing last night.  {Yippee!}  All the curtains for the Dining Room are stencilled and hung, and I LOVE how they’ve injected life and fun into the room.

The bad news is…the sewing tutorial isn’t quite written yet.  My day sort of got away on me yesterday.  In fact, by the time I finally got to my sewing machine, it was evening.  I was sewing and ironing and taking photographs as I chatted with my sister on the phone…{That kind of multi-tasking I love!}

So, stay tuned, I’ll try to get it up soon.

And many, many thanks to those of you who left kind comments about the curtains.  I read and appreciated every one of them.  I normally like to respond directly to each one,

but, like I said~

Have a Happy Valentine’s Day~

  1. I guess that blue, Moroccan style ,print on drapes,is in vogue right now. Not only does Miss Mustard Seed have them but also Melissa from Inspired Room has similar dining room drapes. However, they look great in your dining room.Really freshens up the room. Kudos to you for jumping in and trying something new! Looking forward to seeing whatever else you’re planning!
