Dining Room Inspiration

I’ve been working away little by little on the Dining Room.  I had aspirations that I would just whip around like “a house a-fire” and get it done quick!

However, as I was spinning myself in circles, I realized I needed to slow down and come up with some sort of a plan!

I sat down at the computer and started perusing Pinterest with the search words “Farmhouse Dining”.  Oh my.  It didn’t let me down.  Look what I found…

And this one I’ve studied and studied…I love so much about it!  I even went to Erin’s blog and read all about the whole process.  I especially love those twigs…and that soft & dreamy artwork.  Erin painted it herself!

Now that I’ve found all these beautiful inspiration pictures, I’m trying to sort out what will work for my space.

So far, I’ve been working on the curtains and just bought some more paint…

…And I’ve cut myself some twigs!

I’ll keep you posted…

  1. Thank you oh so very much! I never thought to do a search on Pinterest… even though I have an account, hah! I love you ideas and you know I think they are going to go a long way to helping me finish our dining room. That is once I finish the living room and family room which flank the dining room on each side. I am so excited and can hardly wait to see your finished room!!
