Fashion Over 40 ~ Colored Jeans

Good morning, Pretties!

I’ve been missing you! Sometimes life gets a little hectic around here, and I’ve been sad to not have time to sit down and write some posts.  Hopefully that can happen soon, but for now, I’m just going to send out this short little post before I head up to the camp kitchen.

I finally took the plunge and bought some colored jeans. I’ve been eyeing them online for ages but didn’t know if I was quite that brave.  Turns out, I just love them!

As I’ve studied colored jeans outfits online, I’ve noticed that they are always paired with either a white top, or something contrasting ~ like navy blue and a denim jacket.  Although I have a beautiful raspberry colored chevron blouse that matches these pants perfectly, I look like an Easter egg if I wear them together!:)

(PS ~ These jeans are “raspberry” colored from JCPenney ~  And I finally found a denim jacket that both fit and didn’t cost half a fortune at Costco here in Canada.)
