Baking for the Freezer
Before all the groups started to arrive this Fall, Connie and I did a little baking to put in the freezer. Some things freeze so well, and are such a time saver.
We tucked away a large batch of muffins (over 100, actually!), 4 carrot cakes, and 4 ice cream cakes.
That will last us about 2 weeks or so, and then we’ll do some more…
